US-Licensed English Teacher

Hi! I'm Clay, an English teacher originally from the US. I studied a Master's degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), and I am ESL-licensed to teach in the state of Massachusetts. I've been teaching foreign languages (mostly English) for 7 years. :)

I currently have some openings in my weekly schedule and can accept new clients (online) at the following times:
Monday: 14:30, 15:30, 17:00
Tuesday: 14:30, 15:30, 17:00
Wednesday: 14:30, 15:30, 17:00
Thursday: 14:30, 15:30, 17:00
Friday: 14:30, 15:30, 17:00

*Note about online sessions:
My new opening are for online only. I have a special platform that I meet on that is fun and dynamic for sessions. I think it's even more fun than in-person. It isn't boring like traditional video calls. :)

*Note about rate:
My private client rate is 550 CZK per hour.
My corporate rate is 600 CZK per hour. (These have the possibility to be held in-person)

*Notes on clients: I currently only teach adults and do so independently; I'm not currently looking for cooperation with language schools or camps. Thank you for understanding. :)

The goal of each session is to improve your conversational fluency and overall confidence in the English language. I go about this with a holistic approach which uses conversation as the main medium, all while incorporating engaging topics, practice with tricky grammar patterns, rich vocabulary and idioms, and finally, customized homework exercises based on a recommended improvement track. --Lesson format--: 55 minutes, Conversation-based (various themes), Articles integrated into session (to enhance vocabulary and provide basis for dynamic topics), Tailor-made 'homework' exercises to reinforce main points within the session --->If you are interested, contact me today to schedule a session!
